Hello! My name is Skyler Sharp, and welcome to my portfolio. I am a senior Communication & Leadership student at The University of Texas at Austin, pursuing minors in Sports Media and Professional Sales & Business Development.

I’m a sports photographer and creative storyteller with a passion for combining photography, social media, graphic design, and marketing to create engaging and meaningful content. My photography journey began 7 years ago during my freshman year of high school. Since then, I’ve turned that passion into professional experience in sports media, specifically in collegiate athletics.

Currently, I work as a creative intern with the Texas Longhorns Athletic Department and serve as the student social admin for the Texas Track & Field/Cross Country and Men’s Basketball teams. Previously, I was the associate photo editor at The Daily Texan and a FloTrack digital content intern with FloSports. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how visual storytelling and strategic marketing can work together to drive engagement and build brand identity.
